Taken at the Desert Botanical Garden near Tempe, AZ. It's sort of a mesh structure that I assume is used to partially shade the plants. The weird patterns are an effect of your computer screen; it's called the moiré effect: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moir%C3%A9_pattern#Television_screens_and_photographs
